Mountbatten Isle of Wight care at home

Care where you feel most comfortable – at home.

At Mountbatten, we understand home is where the heart is. That’s why most people prefer to receive care in the comfort of their own space—be it a house, flat, nursing or care home.

Our Mountbatten at Home team brings expert, compassionate care directly to you.

Expert, specialist palliative care nurses

Visiting as needed, our expert nurses see eligible people in their own home, helping with pain and symptom control, end of life planning, practical advice, and support for a patient and their family. Over the phone advice is also available. Our nurses liaise with other medical professionals, including GPs and district nursing teams.

Care at home team

Our team provides NHS-funded packages to eligible people, supporting with day-to-day care tasks.
