Each year, thousands of participants take on this cross-island route, and we’re looking for food and beverage traders to help fuel their journey. From lively checkpoint locations to scenic rural spots, there’s a place for every trader to shine. How to apply (please read carefully before applying): Submit your applicationComplete the application form by 5pm on Monday, 2 February 2026. Late or incomplete applications cannot be accepted. Pitch fee and donation Pitch fee: £125 (due upon acceptance). 10% of on-the-day takings (due within 3 days after the event) Send supporting documentsEmail all required paperwork to [email protected] with the subject line:Walk the Wight Trade Application – [Your Business Name]. Ensure documents are in date (covering 10 May 2026) and sent in a readable format, preferably in one email. ConfirmationOnce your application is submitted, you’ll receive an email acknowledgment. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive an event agreement and have 3 days to: Pay the pitch fee. Submit any additional documents. Return the signed agreement. Once completed, you’ll receive confirmation as an official food trader for Walk the Wight 2026! Unsuccessful applications If unsuccessful, we’ll notify you, with thanks for your interest, and add you to our waiting list for any available locations.
