Thank you to everyone who dedicated a ribbon in 2025. Remembering with Ribbons will be back in 2026.

Remembering with Ribbons with Mountbatten Isle of Wight this summer is a chance to dedicate a colourful ribbon in memory of a loved one who has died.

During July and August, our Chelsea Garden will come alive with yellow and orange ribbons, and you are invited to tie one in the name of someone you are missing.

"Tying a ribbon is a small act, but it means the world. It honours those we love and keeps their memory alive".

Read on to find out how to dedicate a ribbon at Mountbatten Isle of Wight this summer and attend a special Remembering with Ribbons event on Sunday, 20 July.

How to take part in Remembering with Ribbons with Mountbatten Isle of Wight:

On Sunday, 20 July, join us to remember and celebrate your loved one's life — with the warmth and closeness that Remembering with Ribbons brings.

It is where I always think of Simon, in the garden, so Remembering with Ribbons is very special to me.

Debs will be tying a ribbon in memory of her beloved husband, Simon. Debs and Simon were supported by Mountbatten through their hardest days with kindness, dignity and understanding.
