• Each month, the Discount Promo Codes website gives 20 per cent of its profits to a good cause.

Mountbatten Isle of Wight and Mountbatten Hampshire support families with 24/7 expert palliative and end-of-life care, in their own homes and in hospices in Newport, Isle of Wight and Southampton.

Mountbatten’s dedicated staff also provide support and counselling through bereavement, and rehabilitation, to keep people as well as possible for as long as possible.

One-third funded by the NHS, through a grant that has not risen in line with inflation, and two-thirds funded by the communities Mountbatten serves, including via fundraising, donations and grants, the charity strives be there for anyone who needs it.

Mountbatten Isle of Wight supports around 2,300 people per day in their homes across the Island, and 1,600 people in Hampshire.

The family of one patient told us: “Nothing was ever too much for you and the dignity you ensured for him will always be remembered. Your dedication and love truly are second to none. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did. We will be forever grateful.”

It costs around £20 million per year to ensure Mountbatten’s expert clinical staff are able to continue to support people wo are dying and their families, and those who are bereaved.
