A gala night, featuring Sir Derek Jacobi CBE in conversation with Richard Clifford, will support Mountbatten Isle of Wight as part of Cowes Fringe.

With an extraordinary career spanning more than 60 years — from I, Claudius and Gladiator to The Crown — Sir Derek remains one of the world's most celebrated actors.

On 23 May, at East Cowes Town Hall, expect an intimate evening of stories from stage and screen, Shakespeare, and a lifetime in theatre.
