The Mountbatten Isle of Wight choir will perform in the newly refurbished Minster Church of Sts Thomas, on Wednesday, 7 May.

Inspired by a trip around the world, the group promises a travel-themed programme of music, culminating in Walk the Wight With You, a brand new song which places the audience firmly back on the Island in readiness for Walk the Wight 2025, on Sunday, 11 May.

The choir rehearses weekly, at Mountbatten Isle of Wight's John Cheverton Centre, in Halberry Lane, Newport.

Tomorrow's (Wednesday) concert gets underway at 7pm and tickets cost £10 per person.

Food and drink will be served in the interval.
