How to volunteer with Mountbatten Isle of Wight

There are countless ways to support Mountbatten Isle of Wight, including through volunteering:
  • Chat to patients and their families on our INPATIENT UNIT.
  • Help out in our CAFE in the John Cheverton Centre. 
  • FUNDRAISING: Volunteers help deliver events which raise vital money to ensure our expert staff can continue to deliver services 24/7, including in patients' homes across the Island.
  • GARDENING: Volunteers keep our award-winning garden looking lovely.
  • CONCERTS: Help deliver our regular monthly concerts.
  • RETAIL: Play a vital part in welcoming customers to our shops, Island-wide or spare a few hours a week to work in our warehouse and help us accept and sort donations and sign customers up to Gift Aid. Please note, this could include some heavy lifting.
