  • An Age UK Isle of Wight's Older Person's Mental Health Navigator will be on hand to chat and offer support. 

When and where is it on?

  • When: Every Friday, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • Where: John Cheverton Centre at Mountbatten Hospice, Halberry Lane, Newport
  • Who: Open to all carers and completely free. Voluntary donations to Mountbatten Isle of Wight are welcome but not required.

What is an Older Person's Mental Health Navigator, and how can they help?

Age UK Isle of Wight Older Person's Mental Health Navigators promote self-confidence to increase a person's sense of health and wellbeing. They can help to improve your quality of life, maintain independence and support individuals and the family of those who have had a diagnosis of Dementia or who are having mental health challenges and those who have not.

How often can you join the group?

As often as you like! No referral or booking is needed. Designed to suit all carers, these sessions provide a safe and supportive environment where everyone can feel welcome and valued.
