What does being a Mountbatten Isle of Wight yellow box collector volunteer involve?

As a Mountbatten Isle of Wight yellow box collector, you’ll:

  • Travel to local businesses and locations to collect and replace full charity collection pots.
  • Liaise with our community fundraising team to manage collection pots in your chosen area.
  • Transport collected pots to our fundraising office for emptying and banking.
  • Record collection details for tracking purposes and report any issues with damaged or missing pots.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and supporters to grow awareness and fundraising opportunities.
  • Investigate new locations for charity collection pots to expand our reach.
