Fireworks with Mountbatten – Robin Hill, Newport

• Although the organisers will make every effort to ensure the safety of all attendees, you attend entirely at your own risk. In no event shall Mountbatten or Robin Hill be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event. Organisers will, however, provide access to first aid at the event.

• You are responsible for ensuring you are wearing suitable clothing and take necessary precautions for the weather conditions on the day.

• Children aged under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• School and youth groups must have adequate adult supervision.

• You consent to Mountbatten contacting you to provide important information and reminders about this event and future fundraising information. Your information will be stored on our computer database but we will not disclose any information to a third party ever. Your information will be held in the strictest confidence and you can withdraw your consent at any time by informing the Fundraising Team – 01983 217300.

• Photographs and video footage taken on the day will be used in future Mountbatten and Robin Hill publications, on social media, in press releases and on our websites.

• Entry fees are non-refundable.

• Sparklers are strictly prohibited.

• Entry tickets do not cover the cost of parking. Parking MUST be pre booked before arrival at the event. If attendees do not have a valid parking ticket they will be turned away due to limited capacity.

• Mountbatten reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions

 

ZipFire with Mountbatten

• The ZipFire is a fundraising event. Participants should pledge to raise sponsorship money for Mountbatten to enable them to provide their charitable services.

• You are in good health and know of no medical reason why you should not participate in this event.

• Zip Slides UK ltd accepts its responsibility to make its zip slides as safe as is reasonably practicable.  However, adventurous activities are inherently hazardous and cannot be completely risk free. Accidents can happen without any contributory negligence from the Zip Slides Uk ltd or its staff. Zip Slides UK ltd can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury not arising as a result of its own act or default.

By participating you understand and accept the above statements and accept that you have a responsibility to take careful note of instructions and to act in a way that will minimise the likelihood of injury.  You declare that you are fit for the zip slide and will inform Zip Slides UK ltd before the event of any medical conditions that might affect your safety.
