Hello and welcome to Walk the Wight 2025.

Thank you for taking part in our epic fundraiser, which celebrates 35 years, this year.

You're in fine company. Over 5,500 people have signed up in advance to Walk the Wight and they are also putting in their final preparations, packing their picnics and pinning on their walker numbers, ready to take on one of the four main routes, on Sunday, 11 May!

Over the next few days, we will be bringing you crucial information about the event, including about travel, start times and how to pay in your sponsorship.

There will also be photos and video.

Share yours! Email [email protected] with a photo or video, and we will try to include it in our live blog. Put Walk the Wight 2025 in the subject.

Remember, Walk the Wight helps Mountbatten's expert nurses deliver vital 24/7 care to Islanders, in their own homes and in our inpatient unit in Newport.

We couldn't do it without you. Thank you!
