A sunny Sunday at the Sky presents the Isle of Wight Festival 2026 means a sea of Mountbatten Isle of Wight sunflower umbrellas.

It would be fair to say our fundraising volunteers had a...busy...day on Sunday, at Seaclose Park.

When the sun comes out (and boy, did it come out!), everyone wants a sunbrella to keep them cool.

We were overwhelmed by the support for our 24/7 hospice charity.

Every sunflower umbrella represents a donation towards specialist care for people dealing with death, dying and bereavement. 85 per cent of that care is delivered in people's homes, with the rest through our inpatient unit (just yards from the Isle of Wight Festival site) and our John Cheverton Centre, which is the home of our day services.

Enjoy our photos. Did we spot YOUR sunflower umbrella?
