One thing is for sure, no matter which Walk the Wight route you've completed, everyone has well and truly earned their medal!

Above: All friends who work for the NHS on the Island. Eric, in front, says it was challenging but good fun!

Below: Shaun White, Vicky White, Lynn Deacon and "Spring" say they loved the walk and will be back to do it again next year. Spring says "It's a good cause, there's not a family on the Island that hasn't been touched by Mountbatten."

Above: Jane and Oliver Darvill, with Inka, having some well deserved food and a rest after finishing the first half. They say it was a bit hard on the hills but next year they're going to go the whole hog!
