Isle of Wight schools prepare to Go Yellow with Mountbatten and there are non-uniform days and biscuits aplenty!

Children across the Island will be helping us to mark Go Yellow with Mountbatten. Here are the activities we know will be taking place, over the next few days.

Lanesend Primary marks Go Yellow

Schools taking part in Go Yellow 2025:

Arreton Primary School will be holding a Go Yellow day on 10 October, as well as a cake sale.

Brighstone CE Primary School will be wearing yellow. 

Brading Primary School will be swapping school uniform for yellow.

Broadlea Primary School will be encouraging children to wear items of yellow and there are other exciting plans, too.

At Hunnyhill Primary School, children will wear yellow on Wednesday, 8 October.

Nine Acres Primary School will be wearing yellow. 

Ryde School will be hosting activities across the week, including Family Quiz Night on 10 October, hosted by the school's Yellow House. There will also be activities during the week, for the entire school. 

Shalfleet Little Explorers Pre School is signed-up and raring to go! 

St Marys Catholic Primary School will be holding a mufti day. 

Summerfields Primary School will be wearing yellow.

Ryde's Wonder House Early Learning Centre will encourage children and staff to wear yellow and there'll be yellow-themed activities during the week, including Lemon Biscuit making. 

YMCA Nursery in Newport will be wearing yellow.
