Gates have officially opened at Sky presents the Isle of Wight Festival 2025 and our Mountbatten Isle of Wight team is raring to go.

The first wave of campers arrived yesterday (Thursday) to blue skies and sunshine, kickstarting a four day weekend of amazing live music and unforgettable memories.

The Smyths opened the Big Top, bringing to life over 20 years of music from the iconic band The Smiths. There were plenty of singalong moments in the sunshine — a perfect festival opener.

They were followed by Rhythm Of The 90s — a dance anthems band who hit the stage with infectious energy, which had everyone dancing.
