• Identify potential barriers to having an advance care planning conversations and how to navigate barriers
• Examine the legal framework which underpins advance care planning
• Consider the impact poor planning has on future care
• Understand individual preferences and try different interactive methods to start conversations

Cancellation policy:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change plans. However, to ensure our costs are covered in the event of cancellation the following charges will apply.

• Cancellations (and requests to transfer bookings to another date) made with at least 8 weeks’ notice will incur a £25 administration fee.
• No refund of course fees (partial or full) will be available where notice to cancel is received within 8 weeks of the course start date, or in the event of non-attendance or partial attendance.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Mountbatten cancels a course you will be given the option to transfer your booking or receive a full refund of the course fees.
